grilled_tuna_burger Grilled Tuna Burger - Ever notice a BBQ recipe makes evrything taste better? Well these awesome tuna burgers are no exception, and they cook up in no time at all! Fresh, crisp lettuce and tomatoes are the ultimate toppings.

Cook Time: 5-10 mins
Main Ingredient: Tuna
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make Grilled Tuna Burger

2 pounds minced fresh tuna
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons capers — minced
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1/4 cup scallions, minced
1 tablespoon chipotle puree

Directions to make Grilled Tuna Burger

Step 1:In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use. When ready to use, form into 1 inch thick patties.
Step 2:ush tuna burgers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 1 minute on each side for rare. Serve on hamburger buns.
