Creamy Oriental Tuna - This convenient, creamy, baked tuna is a microwave recipe that gets its Oriental flare from the chow mein noodles. Made with economical canned tuna, fresh veggies, and cream soup, we eliminated the pasta, but have no fear, its still as hefty and hearty as can be!

Ingredients to make Creamy Oriental Tuna
2 T Butter or margarine
1 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped onion
2 T Chopped green pepper
1 T Butter
7 oz Can tuna
10 1/2 oz can Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 c Chow mein noodles
1/8 t Pepper
1/3 c Chow mein noodles
Directions to make Creamy Oriental Tuna
In a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. Add celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Combine remaining ingredients except 1/3 cup chow mein noodles with vegetables Blend well.
Top with 1/3 cup of chow mein noodles. Heat in Miicrowave Oven, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles.

Microwave Tuna Chow Mein - This very, very quick and easy tuna, chow mein noodle cassserole recipe, goes from prep to plate in 20 Minutes, thanks to your microwave. We went “outside the box” for this one, and added crunchy chow mein noodles, instead of pasta, giving it a unique texture and taste.

Ingredients to make Microwave Tuna Chow Mein

Ingredients to make Tuna Noodle Casserole
6 ounces Egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 10.1/2 ounce can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup Milk
2 - 7ounce cans solid white tuna, drained, flaked
1 cup coarsely chopped celery
1/3 cup Coarsely chopped green pepper
1/3 cup Sliced water chestnuts
1/3 cup Chopped scallions with some green tops
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Chopped toasted almonds
Directions to make Tuna Noodle Casserole
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 2-quart casserole combine noodles, thyme and salt. Set aside.
Mix together the soup and milk in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Add tuna, celery, green pepper, water chestnuts, scallions, mayonnaise and all but 2 Tablespoons of the cheese. Heat and stir until the cheese is melted
Add cheese sauce to casserole and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle top with remaining grated cheese and almonds. Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.

Tender Tropical Tuna Steaks - Aloha everyone! This scrumptious, summer tuna steak recipe, is BBQ’d in only 10 minutes, and has its own homemeade marinade, that is quite sweet and sassy, and extremely simple. Try it with our Side Spinach and Tomato recipe, a divine combination.

Ingredients to make Tender Tropical Tuna Steaks
1/2 cup pineapple or other tropical fruit preserves
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks, about 1 inch thick
Directions to make Tender Tropical Tuna Steaks
To prepare marinade, combine preserves, hoisin, lime juice, cilantro, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Stir well. Pour into a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl; toss tuna with marinade to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
Remove tuna steaks from marinade, shake off excess, and discard remaining marinade. Cook on preheated grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook - the tuna should be lightly browned on the outside but still slightly pink in the middle. Serve immediately.

Tuna Cakes - These tasty little tuna cakes come with their own sauce!! Since kids love to dip, they clean their plate every time.
Prep Time: 10 mins |
Ingredients to make Tuna Cakes
3/4 cup Celery — chopped
3/4 cup Onion — chopped
2 tablespoons Cream cheese
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon Red pepper
1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Dried dill
1 can Tuna — in water
-8 ounce can
1 Egg white
DILL TARTAR SAUCE
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Onion — chopped
1 tablespoon Cucumber — chopped
1 teaspoon Dill — dried
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Directions to make Tuna Cakes
Coat skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat. Saute celery and onion til tender. Place in a bowl with cream cheese and lemon juice and red pepper.
Add breadcrumbs and dried dill, tuna and egg white. Divide
In a skillet over medium high heat, cook 4 cakes, 2 minutes on each side. Repeat at remaining 4 cakes.
Combine sauce in small bowl. Serve with tuna cakes.
